A Catalyst for Change

I am a Catalyst for Change in the world of hidden disabilities, based in Shropshire but with a global impact. For over 25 years, I have dedicated myself to helping families facing challenges and earning their trust.

I am a World Bridger between individuals, families and institutions. By that I mean I translate perspectives, language used, and human dynamics between neurodiverse and neurotypical minds.

I have been recognised for my expertise in spiritual practices, life purpose, creative mastery, and embodied relational therapy. My advocacy work includes a presentation at the House of Lords in 2019, where I aimed to support marginalised groups.

MY JOURNEY

Walking The Path Myself

Discovering My Own Neurodiversity

In 2005, I discovered my own neurodiversity, including Nonverbal Learning Disability, Aphantasia, and began my journey as a Selective Mute in recovery.

This personal experience transformed my understanding and deepened my empathy. I do not just study neurodiversity—I live it. This gives me unique insight into the challenges families face and the bridges that need to be built.

2005

Personal Discovery

Discovered my own neurodiversity, including Nonverbal Learning Disability, Aphantasia, and began my journey as a Selective Mute in recovery.

2006

Spiritual Ordination

Ordained as an Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Guide, deepening my commitment to seeing the sacred in all.

2015

Therapeutic Training

Completed Advanced Diploma in Embodied Relational Therapy, adding powerful tools for supporting families.

2019

House of Lords

Presented at the House of Lords, advocating for marginalised groups and raising awareness of hidden disabilities.
